Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Blackbird Barbershop – Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Blackbird Barbershop, our time is carefully scheduled to provide the best service to every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 3 working hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 3 working hours’ notice, or appointments where the client fails to attend without prior notice, may result in a cancellation or no-show fee of  50% of the total booked service value, at the discretion of Blackbird Barbershop.

If you experience any issues prior to your appointment, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly via WhatsApp at +353 87 435 3065 so we can assist you in rescheduling your booking.

​

Failure to cancel within the required notice period and failure to contact us prior to the appointment time may result in the 50% of the total booked service value being charged to the card on file.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing prior notice, a no-show fee of  50% of the total service value may be charged.

​

Clients who miss an appointment without notice may also be blocked from making future bookings without prepayment or may be required to book exclusively through our website with advance payment.

Blackbird Barbershop reserves the right to refuse or limit future bookings from clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments.

Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.

​

Your barber will wait up to 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. After this period, the appointment may be cancelled or shortened at the barber’s discretion in order to avoid delays for other clients.

​

If the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, a cancellation fee may still apply.

Card on File

When booking an appointment, your card details may be securely stored within our booking system to guarantee the reservation and allow us to process any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

​

Blackbird Barbershop does not charge for services in advance unless otherwise specified. Card details are securely encrypted and handled by our booking provider, and Blackbird Barbershop does not have direct access to your card information.

Policy Acceptance

By confirming an appointment with Blackbird Barbershop, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation and appointment policy.
